If you're here, and I'm here, doesn't it make it our time? -Jeff Spicoli (Fast Times at Ridgemont High)

First, let me give you a little background. When I was in high school/college, I worked at Chili's. I had a general manager that I loved....she was the best! You know, one of those people that touched your life and you will never forget. Well, I haven't seen her in years but had heard through the grapevine that she was doing well. Through the wonders of Facebook, we have reconnected again. And come to find out, she is part owner of a restaurant in Frisco that just opened in December. Steven, of course, had already eaten there for lunch one day because I am pretty sure that man has eaten at every Frisco restaurant at least once for lunch.

After bowling today, I wanted to go check the place out....even though Jennifer was off today. First off, let me say that any place that has this on tap....

...and this on the wall....

...automatically makes it to the top of my favorite list!!

Jeff Spicoli (movie-Fast Times at Ridgemont High) was my idol when I was a teenager....and there is no telling how many times I watched that movie!!

The name of the place is Kenny's Burger Joint and it is in The Stone Briar Commons Shopping Center in Frisco. It is awesome and I would highly recommend it! It is family friendly.....

but it also would be a great date night place, happy hour place, or a girls' night out place!!

The food is really good....we got cheese fries to start with and I'm thinkin' they might be better than Snuffer's cheese fries. I got a massive hot dog with white cheddar, onions, mustard, and relish. It was awesome! Steve, Ashley, and Kari all got different kinds of burgers. There was not a crumb left on any of our plates...even Kari's and that is saying something!!

Go check it out....you won't be disappointed :)
