Happy Mother's Day!!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone! Especially to the the two special "Moms" in my life....Joan and Helen! Kari got to decorate a cake for me while we were shopping at Market Street (I love that place!!). I had to act completely surprised when we got home!!

This morning she gave me the card that she made for me at school. Too cute!!! She is so proud of it!


I knew I loved this girl so much for a reason....she made me a blonde and check out how skinny I am!!!

I know it is hard to read, so I will tell you what she wrote:

My mother loves me best when...she watches me at my meets. (its gymnastics)

My mother looks prettiest when...my family goes out for a nice dinner.

I like being with my mother most when...we go on vacation.

If I could give my mother something special just from me, it would be...a card with flowers on it because she likes flowers.

My favorite thing about my mother is...how nice and carful she is.

So sweet, isn't it??? It brought tears to my eyes! I never thought I could love her any more than I do right now, but I do.

We are off to Forth Worth today to take Steven's mom out to lunch! Hope everyone has a great Mother's Day!

Before I go, I want to take a moment to remember my mom. Happy Mother's Day Mom! I miss you so much....especially today. In years past, I haven't wanted to celebrate Mother's Day...it was just to hard! Now I realize I can celebrate you even when you are not here with us...because you are still in our hearts! Love you!
