Thank you, Easter Bunny!

This year, the Easter Bunny was a little different. You see, Kari figured it out last year....about all of them. So this year I thought I was off the hook for hiding Easter eggs....not so much. I asked Kari if she still wanted the "Easter Bunny" to hide eggs. The answer...."yes, and could you hide them a little better this year. You know, make it harder for me to find them" Great, not only did I have to go get plastic eggs, but now I had the pressure of doing a better job at hiding them. Well, mission accomplished. Kari said I did a great job of hiding them and it actually took her almost 5 minutes to find them all instead of 53.2 seconds.

The Easter basket is a different story....I still LOVE to put together the basket.
And somebody still LOVES to get one....
Now if I could just get into the thing...
It was a hit....
Note to self....don't buy crafts that Kari loved to do 2 weeks ago at a friend's house because now she won't remember how to get it started and you will spend the better part of the day frustrated trying to help her.

Thank you, Easter Bunny!!

Until next time...

The Statue of Liberty is a monument dedicated to freedom and liberty.....oh, and lots of candy!!

The princess of the house turned into Lady Liberty for the day. Here is a picture I took before we left for her gymnastics Halloween party.

This is how she rode to gymnastics....

Make note, she even had the book to complete the Statue of Liberty look!!

Once we got to gym, they quickly put her exactly where she belongs....

When we got home from her gym party...she was all revved up and ready to trick or treat!! Off we went! Everyone loved her costume (probably because you don't see a thousand Statue of Liberties running around) and she made a haul....tons of candy!!

Until next time...

I believe in you, Peter Pan. --Tinkerbell

You are probably guessing that someone in our house is dressing up as Tinkerbell for Halloween. It is not Kari, nor Ashley. It's not Steven....although that would be a funny sight!! Do you give up??? My parents dog, Prissy, is spending the weekend with us so of course we had to go out and get her a costume too!! Tinkerbell!!
We did a little photo shoot this morning....

Who knew dressing up a dog could be so fun???

Until next time....
