See if you can find what is wrong with this picture....

A few weeks ago was class picture day at Kari's school. We picked out a cute dress with leggings and a little white sweater to go over it. Of course, it was a PE day so she wanted to wear tennis shoes. Okay...easy enough...I will just send the cute little black flats in her backpack for her to slip on for the pictures.

Here is the class picture she brought home yesterday.....

Do you see anything wrong with this picture????

Let me give you a closer look....

Yes, there is my child standing front and center with her white socks still on and her cute little black flats....OMG!!! I guess it never occurred to her that I meant take your shoes AND socks off before you put on your black shoes. And nobody said anything to her...not her teacher, not the photographer. I laughed until I cried when I pulled it out...thankfully it was after Kari had gone to bed so she had no idea she was the source of my amusement.

Is there ever a dull moment....I don't think so!!!

She is getting so big...it just makes my heart melt and hurt all at the same time to look at this picture. So sweet and at the same time growing way too fast!! I love this sweet girl.

But next year, I guess I will have to give a little more instruction about the socks....and send the teacher an email :)
