Moments

I realized something yesterday while sitting at Kari's gymnastics meet. These are the moments that I will carry with me for the rest of my life....the moment of being so proud of my little girl, not because she won, but because she went out there and gave it her best and enjoyed every last minute of it. The moment of pure awe that comes from watching my 8 year old go out there and do amazing things. The moment of happiness knowing that our family (grandparents) rearranges schedules and drives to see her at every. single. meet. The moment of this wonderful feeling in my heart seeing my child doing something she loves surrounded by her coaches and friends that she loves with all her heart!

Anyway, enough of the sappy stuff and on to the pictures....
The level 5, division 7 girls getting ready to compete...

Team introductions....

Kari looking to Coach Holly for a little last minute advice before vaulting...
What is with the tongue...it is a running joke that Kari is always doing something with her tongue while doing gymnastics (she doesn't even realize it!)....
A perfect handstand...
Kari hanging out with her favorite people...(although we don't know the lady in the green jacket, but she somehow found her way into the picture!)
I love these two pictures....
5th place on the uneven bars....
6th place on the balance beam....
10th place in the all around....1st place in our hearts....
Level 5, Division 7 girls....
Kari's cheering section....
Our sweet family....
Until next time....
