Tragedy struck last night at the Buchanan's house (Kari's BFF, Blair & my BFF, Debbie). We jokingly call it the Buchanan farm because they have 2 horses, a lamb, a goat, and 2 dogs. During the night last night, some coyotes came on their property and killed the goat, Deuce and the lamb, Freckles.
Deuce was not so easy to know and love, but Freckles was the sweetest thing ever! I swear he thought he was a dog. He would run to the fence to greet you when you pulled up....saying "baa, baa" the whole way. The kids, including Miss Kari, loved him!! I even had a soft spot for that little lamb!! Freckles and Deuce, we will miss you!!
