After school today, Kari was invited to go on a tour of McDonald's with some of her friends from her old school. Of course, she was thrilled to go...I, on the other hand, was a little worried about getting an up close and personal view of the inner workings of McDonald's. Did I really want to know or should I close my eyes and continue to eat my french fries in the great state of denial??? I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was very clean and I wasn't grossed out by any of it. Darn, I was hoping to be totally disgusted and then not want to eat fast food anymore and miraculously drop the 10 pounds. Not gonna happen!!

We got to see the pantry, the refrigerator, the freezer, and the kitchen. The kids also got a view of the drive-thru and got to surprise some customers by yelling "Welcome to Mcdonald's!!"
Trayson and Cade decided they liked McDonald's so much maybe they should try and get jobs there...
I tried to get a group shot at the end of the tour, but we had lost them by then...
So did we still want to eat McDonald's after seeing behind the scenes?? Of course...what do you think we had for dinner???
