In a dilemma....

As you can see, Ashley's 18th birthday is just around the corner. So what exactly do you get an 18 year old that has everything?? When I say everything, I mean everything....like 2 households full of everything!! Because she is back and forth between here and her Mom's house, she pretty much has 2 of everything...although as she has gotten older and has a car it has been easier to consolidate. But imagine, 2 houses, 2 bedrooms, 2 closets full of clothes and shoes....

There are tons of things I would like to get her, but they just aren't in the budget right now....like a laptop computer (maybe for graduation??). My practical husband says we should wrap up her car registration renewal we just paid for, or the monthly insurance that we pay for, or the yearbook we just paid for, but I say "where's the fun in that??" She is getting a pig through FFA in a few weeks, but she will be footing the bill for most of that....hence the part-time job.

I did pick up a cute little keychain wallet at the Coach outlet for her yesterday, but I still need more! So all you bloggers....do you have any suggestions for me??? What do you get a senior in high school that has everything (I'm sure she would beg to differ!!) Please send me your ideas...after all these years, I am completely out of ideas for her!!

I know, I know there has really been nothing exciting around here to post about...and for sure nothing exciting enough to take pictures of. Unless you want pictures of Kari doing homework everyday after school for an hour!!! I guess in 3rd grade they mean business....no more being a kid, time to grow up!! ha!ha!
