So...I was in charge of decorating for Kari's gymnastics banquet last night! I had so much fun getting everything ready and then finally putting it all together yesterday afternoon! Even better was to hear how much everyone liked it! You know how it is....you are afraid that you like it, but no one else will!! Anyway, here are a few shots I took after we were done decorating.
This is the table where the level 4 girls sat. Their place cards were their photos that I had decorated up and then put in a cute gold star photo holder. They got to take these home with them at the end of the night! Also, I put together an autograph page for them to get all their friend's signatures!
This is the coaches' table. I had each of the girls write a thank you card to each coach. I then put them together with rings and ribbon for a gratitude book...it also served as their place card!
Here is one of the "red carpets" or "walk of fame"....each girl had a gold star with their name on it!!
Here is a partial shot of the room once we were finished decorating! The picture doesn't do it justice...it really turned out cute!! By the way, this is totally my thing! I truly enjoyed every minute of getting ready for the banquet!!
